This pull through, which is useful as an endoscope cleaning apparatus, comprises: a).a filament having a thermoplastic surface and being a monofilament sufficiently stiff to thread through a passage way; and b).a moulded thermoplastic mass upon the filament defining a pull through profile, where the mass is of a material having a lower melting point than the filament.
