PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a case where a thin foreign matter such as the paper or a metal measure is inserted via a card slit. SOLUTION: A shutter member 42 can move forward and backward to a card insertion path 20. A shutter part 42a has such a shape to almost block the path 20 when it moves toward the path 20. Then plural projection parts 47a, (47b), 47c, (47d) and 47e are formed integrally with the part 42a at the tip part of the part 42a with prescribed spaces secured toward the center axis of a shaft 44, and the part 42a has a comb shape. A bottom plate 18 has hole parts where those parts 47a-47e can be inserted when the member 42 moves toward the path 20 and the path 20 is blocked by the part 42a. |
