PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fuel cell at a low cost by reducing man-hours and time for manufacturing an electrode. SOLUTION: In this manufacture method, an ion exchange film/electrode joining body is manufactured by disposing two sheets of carbon paper 1 with a catalyst layer 2 formed on one side in the inside of a resin injecting device 11, while opposing the catalyst layers 2 to each other, with a predetermined space between them, heating them by a heater, evacuating the inside by an exhaust tube 11b, injecting an ion exchange resin solution through an ion exchange resin injecting tube 11a, and then removing foam to form a coating film. |
