<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a gap and an inductance and also to unnecessitate a cut-off of a secondary side of a rotary transformer and a magnetic head by suppressing the variance of the inductance. SOLUTION: The inductance of the secondary side is measured in the state keeping the recording/reproducing head 20 to connect as it is to the secondary side of the rotary transformer 28 before forming a gap, and the objective total inductance is decided by a master curve from this measurement result, and the total inductance of the rotary transformer 28 is measured by a measuring instrument 32 at the time of force-fitting, then the final objective total inductance is decided by correcting a force-fitted movement distance from a changing amount of the total inductance with respect to the change of the air gap right before becoming the objective total inductance, thereby the final gap is formed.</p> |
