PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the current flowing into an FBT(flyback transformer), and prevent the saturation of the FBT, by connecting the posistor being an element where the resistance value increases when a current has flowed to the power line for power supply of FBT. SOLUTION: In a television or a display monitor which operates by the modulator circuit using a diode 9, a posistor 3 is connected to the power line for power supply of an FBT 3. Then, when an overcurrent flows to the power line, the resistance value of the positor 3 is increased to suppress the current flowing to the FBT2, thereby preventing the saturation of the FBT2 and preventing the breakage of a horizontal output transistor 4 or a high-output element caused by the saturation of the FBT2. As a result, this protective circuit can protect the horizontal output transistor 4 or the high-output element. |
