SOLUTION: A direction of a field current of a running drive DC motor 5 operated with power from a battery 13 is switched to carry out plugging control and power control, so that the current values of an armature 5a and a field coil 5b in the Dc motor 5 are controlled by a chopper element 9. In addition, a running controller includes a control unit 1 for measuring the total time of the plugging control and setting a maximum current value of the armature 5a at a following start time of the power control, on the basis of the length of the measured time. |
