PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive an output signal fast without generating any ringing while suppressing the manufacturing cost by increasing the area efficiency of the output buffer circuit and simplifying the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: To the output side of a driving transistor, the anode of a 1st diode 2, the cathode of a 2nd diode 3, and a 1st node of a 1st resistance 4 are connected respectively. Here, the connection point of the cathode of the 1st diode 2, the anode of the 2nd diode 3, and a 2nd node of the 1st resistance 4 is regarded as a new output.
