A ready-to-use composition for the oxidation dyeing of keratin fibers, in particular human keratin fibers such as hair. The composition comprises 1) para-phenylenediamine and/or at least one of the addition salts thereof with an acid, as a first oxidation base. 2) at least one second oxidation base chosen from para-aminophenols. 3) 2-methyl-5-N-(b-hydroxyethyl)aminophenol and/or at least one of the addition salts thereof with an acid, as a coupler. 4) At least one enzyme of 2-electron oxido-reductase type 5) At least one donor for the above enzyme.
