PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the information exchange or transaction of enterprises and financial institutions by acquiring the information, that each financial institution has, of an enterprise, which requests a loan, with a connection to a network, analyzing that information, presenting the transaction conditions of the financial institution desiring a transaction to the enterprise corresponding to that information, and determining the party of the transaction. SOLUTION: A network agent 15 manages and operates an information communication system 1. Financial institutions 17-1 to 17-3, enterprises 19-1 to 19-3 and a research company 21 are registered as 'member' of the information communication system 1 and connected to a network 3 so as to receive services such as information exchange. For example, the request of loan from the enterprise 19-1 is accepted, the information, that each of plural financial institutions 17-1 to 17-3 has, concerning that enterprise 19-1 is acquired and analyzed and the result is presented to the plural financial institutions 17-1 to 17-3. Then, the transaction request of any financial institution 17 is accepted, the conditions of that transaction are presented to the enterprise 19-1 and the financial institution 17 to be the transacting party for the enterprise "19-1 is determined. |
