<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the mechanism structure in order to improve the assembly property, simplify a turn stop mechanism between first/second pistons and reduce manufacturing cost and also improve air vent property in a brake piston, in a disk brake device. SOLUTION: A second piston (limit piston) 20 is inserted unrotatably in a first piston (brake piston) 5 but slidably in the rotor axis direction and arranged so as to move to an over-adjustment preventing position against a second spring 5f and the turn stop washer 26 is interposed between the tip of the second piston and the bottom of the first piston and oneside engaging claw 26a projected from the turn stop washer is engaged with a axial direction groove 21 of the inner diameter surface of the second piston and otherside engaging claw 26b projected from the turn stop washer is engaged with an engagedly recessed part 25 of the first piston bottom and an air vent passage is constituted by the engagedly recessed part of the first piston, with which the otherside engaging claw of the turn stop washer is engaged and the center hole of the second piston.</p> |
