Two panels (14, 16) are inserted on support (12) which is placed on rear wheel (20) of bicycle (10). Positioning of support is ensured by first pair of arms (27, 28) having one end attached to frame of bicycle, near rear wheel. Third arm (29) is attached under saddle (32) of bicycle. Arms are attached to bicycle using screws, nuts, etc., so that advertising panels can be easily removed. An Independent claim is also included for the bicycle carrying advertising panel at rear.
