PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high compressor efficiency and to upgrade lubrication of a slide portion by providing a compressor of a high pressure refrigerant gas atmosphere discharged from a compressing element in a sealed container, a hydrocarbon refrigerant sealed in a refrigerant circuit, and an alkyl benzene refrigerating machine oil sealed in the compressor. SOLUTION: As a compressor 1, a high-pressure shell type compressor is used. Since a refrigerant gas input from a suction tube is directly introduced into a compressing element 7, a loss due to heating and expanding of the gas of the motor is eliminated to obtain a high compressing efficiency. As a refrigerating oil sealed in the compressor 1, an alkyl benzene oil is used. As compared with a mineral oil as a refrigerating machine oil, the alkyl benzene oil has a small dissolving amount of the refrigerant under the same conditions. Thus, a refrigerant amount sealed in a refrigerant circuit can be reduced by considering a dissolving amount in the oil by using the alkyl benzene oil, and safety in the case of leading a combustible hydrocarbon refrigerant from the circuit can be improved.
