PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an electrical junction box in a state where waterproofness is maintained. SOLUTION: An electrical junction box 11 is formed by a method wherein electrically functional components such as a fuse 15, a relay and a diode are covered with a waterproof rubber cover 16 having lips 16a and 16b projectingly and then is fitted into a hood 12 projecting from a case main body 11a of the electrical junction box 11, where the lips 16a and 16b of the waterproof rubber over 16 adhere to an inner perimetric surface 12b of the hood 12 to form a water stop seal 20 for ensuring the waterproofing without installing a cover, a surrounding wall and so on.
