CONNECTING METHOD FOR COVERED ELECTRIC WIRES AND CONNECTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and to reduce cost by eliminating work for aligning core wires and an insulating cap and to improve a reliability of an electrical connection. SOLUTION: A portion 15a of a covering portion 15 at an end portion of a plurality of covered wires 13 is cut to separate from the other portion and is moved toward a tip. The vicinity of the tip of a core wire portion 17 is covered with the portion 15a of the covering portion 15 to be insulated. The core wire portion 17 exposed by the movement of the portion 15a of the covering portion 15 is treated by thermocompression bonding. The thermocompression bonding treated portion 19 is covered by an insulating tape 21.
