PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet, together with its manufacturing method, having high conductivity in spite of its large thickness and providing high connection reliability, and to provide an electrical test device for a circuit device, together with a test method, high in connection reliability and capable surely implementing required electrical test, though the circuit device being an object of test has bump electrodes. SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive sheet 10 is made up by disposing a plurality of conductive parts 11 extending in the thickness direction so as to be insulated from each other by insulation parts 16, and each conductive part 11 has a helical metallic member 13 extending in the thickness direction, This electrical test device is equipped with a circuit board for test having a multiplicity of testing electrodes on one surface thereof and the anisotropic conductive sheet 10 disposed on the one surface, According to this electrical test method, tested electrodes of the circuit device and testing electrodes of the circuit board for test are electrically connected to each other by means of the anisotropic conductive sheet 10 to implement an electrical test.
