TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL MANIPULATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic signal control manipulator where the lapse of time is easily measured and conformed when controlling a push-button for manual operation. SOLUTION: When a push-button 16 is pressed, a counter part 12 is reset, the output of the counter part 12 is returned to '0' and '0' is displayed through an output converting part 13 composed of a decoder and 7-segment driver onto a passed second display part 14. Afterwards, the counter part 12 continues count-up corresponding to the clock of a one-second clock generating part 11 until next reset and outputs the result through the output converting part 13 onto the passed second display part 14.
