PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely determine whether the defective current-carrying of a mounted board is caused by the defective soldering or the defect of electronic components. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a thermostat 3 capable of setting the inside thereof at the predetermined temperature environment, an inspection object restraining means 4 for restraining an inspection object 10, and a measuring unit for energizing the object 10 restrained by the object restraining means 4, and measuring whether the energizing condition is normal or not. The object restraining means 4 consists of the upper and lower restraining rods for supporting and fixing a central part of the object 10, and the upper and lower stress application rods 42, 43 capable of holding four corners of the object 10, and reciprocating in the direction perpendicular to the object 10 for deflecting the object 10.
