PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member to be fastened for a rivet and a riveting structure, capable of easily removing the rivet by preventing associated rotation of a flange part at machining of the flange part of the rivet used for riveting. SOLUTION: In a fastening member for a rivet, a member to be fastened 4 is positioned on a caulked part side of a rivet 2 to a member to be fastened 3, having riveting holes 5 and comprises the opposing riveting holes 6 opposed against the riveting holes 5, and the opposing riveting holes 6 are formed into a noncircular shape to support the rivet 2, so as not to rotate by being filled with a part of the rivet 2 crushed at riveting.
