<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow only a user to surely and quickly unlock a door lock, even when key locking is performed. SOLUTION: An automobile 1 is provided with a door lock control circuit 3 performing drive control of a door lock mechanism 2 and a communication unit 4, and when a remote controller 5 is operated, the mechanism 2 can be locked and unlocked. A control company 10 is connected to the central station 7 of a telephone line network 6 and is provided with a security confirming device 9. Confirmation items specifying a user are registered as registration data together with the ID of the user and a vehicle ID with a database 9a, and when there is an inquiry via a public telephone set 11a, etc., confirmation is performed on the basis of the registration data, and a signal is transmitted by a pager function provided in the unit 4 of the vehicle 1.
