PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote learning system capable of receiving a similar lesson while staying in the home as if having been present to the school, and to provide an education video contents producing method therefor. SOLUTION: By storing an educational video having taken scenes of various lessons in an educational contents DB 11 of the information center 10 and editing by picking up arbitrarily necessary pictures among the scenes of the lessons by a picture editing part 12, when the user accesses through a network 30 from a terminal equipment 20, and by responding to the user's request inputted from an input part 22 of the terminal equipment 20, pictures are taken out from the educational video contents, are transmitted and are displayed on a display part 21 of the terminal equipment 20.
