PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation element for pipe enabling easy handling and use in a wide scope. SOLUTION: This thermal insulation element for pipe 1 for suspending a pipe or forming a support part has two support belt members 1, 2, and thermal insulation molded bodies 5, 6 having a fixed dimension and flexibility are alternately arranged therebetween. The molded bodies 5, 6 are arranged by crossing axial lines in the longitudinal direction of the support belt members 2, 3. This thermal insulation element 1 has a length of at least 1 meter and forms a continuous shape basically. Individual suspension or support parts are obtained by cutting them from the basic shape by a cutting tool. The inner support belt member 2 facing a pipe to be thermally insulated has flexibility for compression. |
