PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the insertion loss of a high-frequency irreversible circuit element and to obtain uniformity and mass-productivity by boring a hole in a dielectric substrate, fitting a magnetic body component as the irreversible circuit element in the hole, and forming a conductor on the surfaces of the dielectric substrate and the magnetic body component for the irreversible circuit element. SOLUTION: One hole is bored in the center part of a substrate 1 and a magnetic body component 2 is fitted in the hole. On the surfaces of the substrate 1 and magnetic body component 2, the conductor is printed to form a microstrip line 3. On the rear surface of the substrate 1, a ground conductor 4 is formed. The irreversible circuit element is characterized by that the area of a circular conductor part formed on the surface of the magnetic body component 2 on the substrate 1 is less than the area of the magnetic body component 2 on the substrate 1. When the magnetic body component 2 is columnar, D-0.02(mm)<ϕ<D preferably holds for the diameter D and circular conductor part diameterϕ. Consequently, the high-frequency irreversible circuit element which has low loss and uniform characteristics can be manufactured in quantities.
