SOLUTION: Convoluting devices C1-C8 receive a sound source Sand feed the signals convoluted with impulse responses of a reproduced sound field to time delay devices D1-D8 for sound field reproducing main speakers M1-M8 and sound field reproducing auxiliary speakers S1-S8. The time delay devices D1-D8 output the signals-applied with time delays to the input signals. Low-pass filters F1-F8 receive the output signals of the time delay devices D1-D8 and output the signals cut with the high component of the frequency band. Attenuators A1-A8 receive the output signals of the low-pass filters F1-F8 and output the signals reduced with the signal level. These outputs are fed to the sound field reproducing auxiliary speakers S1-S8.
