PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute the contents of a specified program only to a specified bidirectional televisions by dividing bidirectronal TVs into groups based on the equipment ID or the like of the bidirectional TV. SOLUTION: Intrinsic authenticating information (UID) is imparted to each bidirectional TV 100i. A response server system 200 is provided with an authenticating information management part 220, a member information management part 230, a program information management part 240 and a distribution destination information management part 250. The bidirectional televisions 100i are divided into groups based on authenticating information and managed and also the distribution of the specified program contents is controlled concerning the bidirectional televisions 100i based on the group division.
