PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide device, having a moving block which can easily form a synthetic resin layer with an uniform thickness and improved the yield extremely and the manufacturing method of the moving block. SOLUTION: A rolling body circulation passage is provided, responding to a rolling body rolling surface 5 formed on a track stand 2 and is formed by a load rolling passage which faces the rolling body rolling body rolling surface 5, a return passage 9 extending nearly in parallel with the load rolling passage 101 and an inner periphery guide part 103 and outer periphery guide part 104 and a moving block 4, consisting of a direction conversion passage 10 for communicating the load rolling passage 101 with the return passage 9 has a cylindrical body 92 for forming the return passage 9, and at least the inner periphery guide part 103 is constituted by a die mold body 107 and the cylindrical body 91 is molded integrally with the moving block 4 main body with high rigidity, along with the die mold body 107.
