PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a good image over the entire surface of an optical disk by preventing the insufficiency of an electrification quantity to the optical disk. SOLUTION: A disk electrification device 14 and a disk electrification device 15 are respectively disposed on an upstream side in a transportation direction and a downstream side in a transportation direction across a transfer position X. As a result, even after the optical disk D passes the disk electrification device 14 on the upstream side in the transportation direction, the disk surface of the optical disk D is uniformly electrified by the disk electrification device 15 on the downstream side of the transportation direction and, therefore, sufficient charges are supplied to the optical disk D and the insufficiency of the electrification quantity to the optical disk is prevented and the good image is eventually formed over the entire surface of the optical disk. |
