Promoter (A) contains at least one functional domain specific to the promoter of the TaTrxh2 gene, encoding a thioredoxin h in wheat (Triticum aestivum). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) expression cassette or recombinant vector containing (A); and (2) plant cell, or transgenic plant, transformed by at least one (A).
