SOLUTION: In this lighting system, when a single light-source device 1 is turned on, the light (visible light VL) from the single light-source device 1 is transmitted to a rotary light guide 3, 7 (rotary light-transmission passage) without changing the quantity of light, and when a rotating device 6 is actuated, the rotary light guide 3 is rotated, As a result, the light transmitted to the rotating rotary light guide 3 is transmitted on a divided time basis to a plurality of fixed light guides 41 to 48. 81 to 88 (fixed light-transmission passages), and is irradiated on a divided time basis from turn signal lamps 51 to 58 (vehicle illuminating lamps in a plurality of fixed positions on a vehicle) of a rear combination lamp to the exterior via the plurality of fixed light guides 41 to 48.
