PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a holder of a portable telephone set to make charging for transmitting to a public network correspond to the terminal of the portable telephone set by using a connecting device housed in a PBX provided in a provider. SOLUTION: When the user of a portable telephone 12 calls to a public network 1 by using a connecting device 1 housed in the PBX 11 in a provider to which the user does not belong, the PBX 11 notifies a public network (1) of the terminal number information of the set 12 and charging information 211 on whether or not to perform charging in each terminal correspondence, when requesting a call out, and the network (1) makes the set 12 to be charged when receiving corresponding information. If the information is not sent to the network (1) from the PBX 11, it is defined as charging the calling line correspondence of the PBX 11 as in the conventional practice. |
