PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent complicated wiring correction, and to improve wiring in the following process. SOLUTION: When an MEGA macro or a circular power source or the like are present, and wiring with a different potential being the obstacle of the power source wiring is present, which part of a power source ring or the circular power source the wiring should pass through, and whether or not the wiring can be connected with the same potential of the power source ring or the circular power source is retrieved during the wiring of power source by a passable wiring region retrieving function 6 based on each kind of data related with wiring stored in each kind of data base. Then, wiring width passable in the retrieved passing wiring region is calculated according to a design reference by a passable wiring width calculating function 7, and the power source wiring or the other wiring is automatically wired based on the arithmetic result according to the design reference by a wiring function 13.
