PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize while a short between windings is eliminated by inserting a bobbin to form an annular coil, and then introducing a magnetic steel plate from the end part of a coil or between windings so that it is wound around the bobbin, thus forming a ring core. SOLUTION: Three rectangular copper wires which are covered for insulation are wound around a prism core while forming a multi-line 3 around a square- tube solenoid coil. Then split bobbins 4 are inserted through both ends of the coil while the square-tube solenoid coil is deflected, the end part of the magnetic steel plate is fixed to the inside of the bobbin 4, and the bobbins 4 are engaged integrally, forming an annular coil with bobbin. Then a roller is contacted to the outside perimeter of the bobbin 4 between the coil end parts and coil wires for rotation, the magnetic steel plate is taken up to a specified thickness, and it is fitted by spot-welding after cutting, completing a troidal coil.
