摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a high-performance photoreceptor without using a halogen-base solvent as a solvent in the coating formation of a photosensitive layer by using a resin derived from a diallylphtahlate prepolymer compound as a binder resin. SOLUTION: The binder resin of the electrophotographic photoreceptor formed with the photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate is the resin derived from the diallylphtahlate prepolymer compound. The resin derived from the diallylphtahlate prepolymer compound composed of the monomer unit expressed by formula is adequately used. In the formula, R1 is a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or lower alkyl group. The halogen atom of a substituent R1 is fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine and the lower alkyl group of the substituent R1 is a straight chain alkyl group, such as methyl, ethyl, n-propyl or n-butyl, branched chain alkyl group, such as iso-propyl or iso butyl. The substituent R1 is particularly preferably, in terms of a cost, a hydrogen atom and methyl group.
