PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower cost of an electrifying device for electrophotography and lighten load to an environment. SOLUTION: In this device, a conductive and elastic cylinder 3 with a greater inner diameter than a diameter of a shaft 2 is loosely fitted to the shaft 2 that is supported by a bearing. Furthermore, a conductive tube 4 that has a greater inner diameter than an outer diameter of the cylinder 3 is loosely fitted to the conductive and elastic cylinder 3, the shaft 2 is pressed to a photoreceptor 1 and the conductive tube 4 and the conductive and elastic cylinder 3 are rotated driven by a rotation of the photoreceptor 1.
