PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensibility without enlarging a sensor head part containing antennas by opposing antennas along the lengthwise direction of a package to a plurality of faces of the package and making a dipole antenna formed into a plate shape or a film shape. SOLUTION: On the surface of a package 21 formed into a rectangular parallelepiped, antenna elements 11 constituting an antenna are formed out of conductive thin film such as gold or aluminum. In the package 21, a sensor head 1 is stored and protected. The antenna is connected to the modulating electrode 16 of the sensor head 1. The respective antenna elements 11 are formed into a cylindrical form on the four main faces so that they start from the vicinity of the center in the lengthwise direction of the package 21, opposed to each other in the lengthwise direction, and they wrap the package 21. Because the antenna elements 11 are formed on the surface of the package 21, the sensor head part becomes small-sized.
