PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of supporting a piston in a lock-up device for a torque converter. SOLUTION: In a lock-up device 4, a first piston 39 is arranged in the vicinity of a front cover friction surface 70. A damper mechanism 40 comprises a drive member 54, a drive member 53, and a torsion spring 52. A second piston 38 is movable through a space C by a pressure change of the space C and situated on the opposite side to the front cover friction surface 70 side of the first piston 39. The drive member 53 is a disc-form member. The second piston 38 has an inner peripheral surface relatively rotatably and axially movably supported on the outer peripheral surface of the driven member 53. A seal ring 67 is situated between the outer peripheral surface of the driven member 53 and the inner peripheral surface of the second piston 38, and seals both sides in an axial direction.
