PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve to continuously and smoothly perform flow rate regulation of a microflow rate of air without the occurrence of choking. SOLUTION: A disc 2 having a small groove 21 in an arcuate shape on the upper surface side is rotatably disposed at the internal part of a valve body 1 and the valve body 1 is provided with a gate 5 to make contact with the upper opening part of the arcuate small groove 21 on the upper surface side of the disc 2. By operating a handle 6 mounted on a shaft part 22 protruded from the disc 2, the disc 2 is rotated. By regulating the size of the cross section of the passage of the small groove 21 of a boundary part on the inflow side pnd the outflow side of the disc 2 partitioned by the gate 5, a flow rate of air flowing out from an outflow part is regulated.
