PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a bearing groove provided around the circumferential edge of an opening of a high pressure vessel and solve the inconvenience of entering of water and contamination therein by providing projections around the outer circumferential edge of a cover pivotally supported so as to move rotationally in the vertical direction and tightly closing the opening of the high pressure vessel in being closed and by fixing a lock element engaged with the projection in the high pressure vessel side. SOLUTION: A cover 3 is pivotally supported to a hinge shaft fixed to one side of the external wall face 4 of a high pressure vessel 1 and projections 5 are fixed to the outer circumferential edge of the cover 3 at equal intervals. On the other hand, a plurality of lock units 6 which are provided in the external wall face 4 in the bottom of the high pressure vessel 1 are constituted of a pair of rollers 7, 7 opposed to each other vertically, a fitting plate 9 having a roller 8, which are provided perpendicular to the rollers 7, fitted thereto, and a pivot plate 11 having a shaft pin 10 fitted thereto. A rotary ring 12 is arranged with a clearance formed in the outside of the high pressure vessel 1, its outer circumferential edge is interposed between the rollers, and the end edge is applied to the roller 8. A lock element 16 having a lock part 17 in its top is pivotally supported to the inside of the rotary ring 12 by the shaft pin 10.
