PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the voltage generating circuit which can obtain the output of a precise analog signal. SOLUTION: Between a 1st terminal T1 and a 2nd terminal T2 supplied with a 1st reference power source VRP and a 2nd reference power supply VRN, a 1st resistor R11 and a 6th resistor R16 having the same impedance are connected in series and between both resistors R11 and R16, resistors R12 to R15 are connected in series. A 1st control current Ia is led out of a node N13 between resistances R11 and R12 and a 2nd control current Ib which has a complementary value with the 1st control current Ia is supplied to a node N14 between the resistors R15 and R16. While the potential difference between the nodes N13 and N14 is held constant by controlling the 1st and 2nd control currents Ia and Ib, the potentials of those nodes N13 and N14 are varied and 1st and 2nd output signals Vout0 and Vout1 having the potential across a 4th resistor R14 are outputted.
