PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specifically detect peroxide species and to excite visible light by using a probe for detecting active oxygen where one benzene of triphenylphosphine is substituted with a visible light excitation fluorescent residual group. SOLUTION: One of the triphenylphosphine of a probe for detecting active enzyme is substituted with a visible light excitation fluorescent residual group. The residual group of a fluoresceine analogous compound is used as the visible light excitation fluorescent residual group, and the fluoresceine analogous compound is preferably set to non-substitution hydroxyphenylfluorene. Since they react with hydroxyradical extremely sensitively, a fluorescenct oxidation group that is specifical to a specific active oxygen species can be designed and the specific active oxygen species at a specific generation site can be detected by designing the combination of a reactive part and a fluorescent part.
