PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decrease the balance of an account by performing cancel processing of received/paid money when the absolute value of the balance is decreased in receiving/paying processing concerning a netting processor for performing cancel processing of received/paid money while managing the amounts of reception and payment. SOLUTION: In netting processing, there are cases of repeating payment processing so as to make the remainder between the amounts of reception and payment close to '0' at a time point, when the amount of reception is generated, and of repeating receiving processing so as to make the balance between the amounts of reception and payment close to '0' at a time point when the amount of payment is generated. When the reception amount of 200 yen is inputted to a reception queue '101', for example, the payment amount of 150 yen is inputted to a payment queue 102. At such a time point, the balance between the amounts of reception and payment is calculated. In this case, the balance becomes +50 yen by subtracting 150 yen from 200 yen. Corresponding to this amount of +50 yen, payment processing is further repeated, the amount of 50 yen is inputted to the payment queue 102 and the balance is made into 0 yen. |
