PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee master data to be updated in a client to be used on an off-line in a certain range. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a constraint condition management table 22 which registers a constraint condition for a business staff who uses a client terminal 2 which is judged so as to be proper by a constraint condition managing part 14 according to a registration request issued by a constraint condition managing part 23, and a constraint condition management table 13 which registers a constraint condition in a whole system which is judged so as to be proper by the constraint condition managing part 14. When the number of stock temporarily reserved as a constraint condition is set, an order reception processing part 21 judges that stock is present without performing any access for confirming stock to a product information master 11 which stores the master data of stock when the number of the reception of order of products included in a contract condition with a customer is not more than the temporarily reserved number of stock. |
