PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of angular velocity by equipping a current/voltage conversion circuit consisting of a feedback capacitor, a bias resistor, and an operational amplifier and an addition/deceleration circuit, detecting detection voltage output with the output of an oscillation circuit, and cutting AC output with a low-pass filter. SOLUTION: A system is composed of a vibrator 1, an oscillation circuit 2, a detection circuit 3, a detection circuit 4, and a low-pass filter 5 to generate angular velocity output 6, The detection circuit 3 is composed of a first current/ voltage conversion circuit consisting of an operational amplifier 30, a feedback capacitor 33, and a bias resistor 46; a second current/voltage conversion circuit consisting of an operational amplifier 31, a feedback capacitor 34, and a bias resistor 47; and an acceleration/deceleration circuit consisting of an operational amplifier 32 and resistors 35, 36, 37, and 38. The output of the detection circuit 3 is supplied to the detection circuit 4 and is detected by the output voltage of the oscillation circuit 2. The output voltage of the detection circuit 4 is supplied to the low-pass filter 5, an AC component is cut, and a DC output voltage that is proportional to the angular velocity can be obtained. |
