PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alarm signal misinput to a device composed of a microcomputer, etc., which inputs an alarm signal outputted by a protecting circuit of a semiconductor device having in one package a power semiconductor element, a driving circuit for the power semiconductor element, and the protecting circuit. SOLUTION: The signal input circuit of the device 1 composed of a microcomputer, etc., is equipped with a comparator 2, a comparison voltage power source 3, and a resistance 61 which converts the alarm signal current outputted by the protecting circuit 72 of the semiconductor device 7 into an alarm signal voltage. The comparator 2 compares the voltage by the alarm signal current at the connection point between the resistance 61 and a resistance 71 of the semiconductor device 7 with the voltage VREF of the comparison voltage power source 3. |
