PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a technique for reducing the layout area of a trimmer circuit. SOLUTION: A first switch circuit 15-1 switches the resultant resistance of a first resistor group 14-1 according to an inputted digital signal, and a second switch circuit 15-2 switches the resultant resistance of a second resistor group 14-2 according to the inputted digital signal. Thus, the switching of the resultant resistance is operated by the first switch circuit 15-1 and the second switch circuit 15-2 so that the trimming of the resistance can be realized, and decoder for decoding the inputting digital signal can be unnecessitated. As a result, the layout area of the trimmer circuit can be reduced.
