PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inside diameter of an insulator from being reduced by the deformation of the insulator when the insulator to be formed at an opening part of a metal shield is mounted to the metal shield. SOLUTION: An insulator 50A is composed of a ring part 502A for securing mechanical strength and a protrusion 501A projecting in the axis direction on the side of a seating 2 from the ring part and supported and fixed on the inside diameter side of a tip part of a metal shield 60A, the inside diameter surface of the ring part 502A is faced to the outside diameter surface of a moving contact 40, and the protrusion 501A is formed at a position separated from the inside diameter surface of the ring part 502A by a predetermined distance. Thereby, when the metal shield 60A and the insulator 50A are assembled together, the protrusion 501A never abuts on the outside diameter surface of the moving contact 40 even if the protrusion 501A is deformed together its inside diameter side by the clamping force of the metal shield 60A and the inside diameter dimension is reduced because it is sufficiently separated from the outside diameter surface of the moving contact 40.
