摘要 A high sensitivity relay, comprising a moving magnetic plate (10) coated with a chemically plated metal layer (14), is new. A high sensitivity relay comprises a magnetic circuit housing (1), which has two pole faces (7) and which is provided with a permanent magnet and an electric coil producing opposed magnetic fields during control current passage, and a magnetic plate (10) which can move between an open position, spaced from one or both of the pole faces (7), and a closed position in contact with the pole faces, and which is elastically biased into the open position by an opening force (FR) smaller than the closing force (FB) exerted by the permanent magnetic field. The novelty is that the plate is coated with a metal layer (14) formed by chemical deposition from aqueous solution. An Independent claim is also included for production of the above relay.
