<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the shape electrode structure and to apply a rubber die integral molding technique by providing an edge-cutting part at a site with a lower electrical stress. SOLUTION: An edge-cutting part 13 of a premold rubber integral insulation cylinder 10 is positioned and selected at a location with lowest stress (kV/mm) at the side of a shielding layer. An outer shielding layer 4 of CV cables 1a and 1b is electrically connected to shield layer semiconductive rubber 12 of the premold rubber integral insulation cylinder 10. With the electrode shape of the edge-cutting part 13, an electrode 131 at the side of the CV cable 1b is allowed to rise in a trumpet shape at the taper surface shoulder end of the insulation cylinder, and an electrode 132 at the side of the CV cable 1a is separated in a direction for crossing the electrode 131 by a specific interval (d) in a cylindrical shape. Then, an insulation layer 133 is provided on the outer periphery of the electrode 132, thus simplifying edge-cutting part electrode structure and creating an insulation connection part by a rubber mold product that has been difficult in a die.</p> |
