PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system which has a high security function, does not need an operation and also can be realized at a low cost by allowing or inhibiting connection on the basis of the number of stored access times. SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal device (PDA) 11 transmits a terminal device ID registered in a storing part 19 and access count together with a password attached data. The access count is obtained by counting the number of times when the PDA 11 succeeds in access and stored by both the PDA 11 and a Web server 15. A password server 14 checks the password, and the server 15 checks the terminal device ID. The server 15 compares the value of the access count with the value of the access count of the terminal device ID stored in the server 15 and allows connection when they coincide with each other. |
