摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a hollow cylindrical substrate by the curing shrinkage of an anaerobic adhesive and the resultant occurrence of an abnormal image by using the anaerobic adhesive as the adhesive for fixing a vibration suppressing member to the substrate. SOLUTION: The anaerobic adhesive is used as the adhesive of the electrophotographic photoreceptor drum formed by fixing the vibration suppressing member by the adhesive into the hollow cylindrical substrate. The anaerobic adhesive particularly having a liquid viscosity of <=100 cps has good penetratability into the spacing between the bore of the hollow cylindrical substrate and the outside diameter of the vibration suppressing member and has a high abnormal sound preventive effect. If fillers are incorporated into the anaerobic adhesive, the curing shrinkage may be further lessened. The hollow cylindrical substrate is usually a thin cylinder of aluminum and if the vibration suppressing member is a columnar body of the same aluminum as the aluminum described above, its expansion and shrinkage follow up and do not, therefore, deform the hollow cylindrical substrate. Since the anaerobic adhesive has the good penetratability, the adhesive successively penetrates the entire periphery and is fixed if the adhesive is applied to the spacing of the previously inserted vibration suppressing member.
