PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, miniaturize the valve, and lighten weight by disposing a pressure regulating part and a flow regulating part between a primary side port and a secondary side port, so as to communicate and connect in parallel to each other. SOLUTION: A pressure fluid which is supplied from one cylinder chamber of a cylinder and passed through a secondary side port 30, is circulated through a hole part 110 of a cylindrical member 102 and a fifth chamber 106, and then it is led to a flow regulating part 36 via a second passage 50 after it is passed a check valve 35, while deflecting a tongue piece 108 of a check valve 34 toward the inside. In a flow regulating part 36, the pressure fluid is led from a primary side port 24 via a third passage 54 communicated with a step through hole 40, a first chamber 52, and a first passage 26, after the pressure fluid is throttled to a prescribed flow rate by a separated clearance between and one end part 48 of a regulating screw member, which is set beforehand and an inner wall surface of the step through hole 40. The structure of a valve mechanism 74 is simplified, and the number of part items is reduced, and thereby this valve is miniaturized, and its weight is reduced. |
